Friday the Thirteenth - good things do happen

Sometimes good things do happen on Friday the Thirteenth - we were thrilled that Mason got his cast off! I don't know how I expected, but I didn't think our wonderful doctor was going to bust out with a saw!!! Mason (who isn't scared of ANYTHING) was a little concerned. At one point he jumped. It didn't help that we had Grant with us - who found the buttons on the back of the chair and at one point during the sawing process the chair started moving upwards (scared the you know what out of Mason and the doctor). I'm telling you - never a dull moment!!!


The stinky dirty cast - it reeked!!! And no, we did NOT bring it home with us.
